Great yellow rice

Si Kuning Mantan, proven to always be the best choice of typical Kalimantan yellow rice for me all over Jakarta! In terms of taste, it is very worthy of making the tongue wander. The composition of legit yellow rice complete with Hintalu and delicious sweet and spicy snakehead fish (haruan masak habang), seems to bring the morning atmosphere of the Lok Baintan floating market right in front of your eyes. Complete with the hustle and bustle of market activity on jukungs lined up floating on the Martapura river. Processed with special spices and concocted directly by the hands of a local daughter makes the taste of the cooking "truly like in Banjar". Very identical and authentic Banjar style. Not to mention when added with a variety of delicious traditional cakes (wadai) that they can also make. Geez, I would even be willing to delay going home. I don't know how many dozens of times I have chosen Si Kuning Mantan to be my favorite menu when I need a yellow rice menu for all office and family events, whether in the form of a complete tumpeng or just a lunch box. Priced relevantly combined with the quality of taste, completeness of the dishes, and also excellent service, of course, makes it feel very cheap. Especially when your guests are busy gossiping and asking where you ordered it from. Hmm, if a 7-star wasn't a cold medicine powder, I probably would have awarded it to the owner of the shop as a replacement for 5 stars! Because 5 stars alone won't be enough to pay for the deliciousness of the taste sensation.

the yellow rice alone is super delicious, the taste is just right and very fluffy, added with rich-tasting habang chicken plus typical Kalimantan yellow noodles makes si kuning mantan my favorite... the taste is an absolute champion
