I tried Claypot Popo, one of their branches (they also have outlets in Melawai and Kelapa Gading). The location is quite tucked inside Sabang Street, so it’s almost unnoticeable if you’re not really looking for it. I ordered the claypot siram telur mentah (IDR 31k) and it was so good, garlicky, sticky, and very comforting, although the portion is relatively small for me. The drinks are very cheap as well, iced tea is only IDR 6k. I also tried some of their snacks like bakso goreng (IDR 21k), which was very good, crunchy and tasty, along with siomay (IDR 16k for 3 pieces) and kuo tie (IDR 20k for 3 pieces). Overall, I think it’s very value for money considering the taste and price. Definitely a place I would come back to and try other menus.

The place is a bit hidden when you walk at the same side. Cross the road and you'll see the name Claypot Popo. It feels claustrophobic inside, so be wary if you have claustrophobia. The food is amazing! Shoutout to the kind cashier with patience and good product knowledge!

Food is amazing! I go here at least once a month ever since I tried it😅 Claypot siram Sapi Telur Matang is my go to main dish. Side dishes are also a must try, kuotie is juicy and the bakso goreng is crispy!

Their menu reminded me about asparagus soup that served in high end chinese restaurant , they are winning in pricing and portion with decent taste, but of course with cheaper ingredients because high end one use seafood. It is comfort food in the end, that's it.

First time come to Claypot Popo at Sabang. Order 3 menus : Claypot Siram Ayam Telur Mentah, Claypot Siram Sapi Telur Mentah, Nasi Sapi Cah Bawang Putih. These 3 menus overall are good, just beef in "Nasi Sapi ..." is too thick. Next is the ambience absolutely not for 'a relaxed meal' cause the place is so small, but they have AC inside the restaurant so still okay. So this place is just for you to order-eat-and then leave. :) When the weather is rainy or cloudy, Claypot Popo is the best choice for its food
