I ordered several dishes, including the Unagi Gunkan Sushi and Temaki Unagi. Unfortunately, these items arrived last, and by the time they were served, they were no longer enjoyable to eat. The unagi was cold and very tough, making it difficult to chew.The most disappointing part was that I brought my daughter specifically because she wanted to eat unagi, but she was unable to enjoy it because the food was not served in proper condition.Although we could not eat the unagi, we still paid for the dishes. The staff did try to warm it up for us, but unfortunately it remained tough and unpleasant to eat.Overall, this was a disappointing experience at Sushi Hiro. In the past, I remember the restaurant having much better quality, which makes this visit even more disappointing.In addition, the sashimi did not seem as fresh as what we have experienced at another sushi restaurant nearby. We only came to Sushi Hiro Menteng because the other restaurant had already closed at 9 PM.I hope Sushi Hiro can improve its food quality and consistency, as the standards during this visit did not meet our expectations.

Always love coming back to Sushi Hiro Menteng. The ambience is cozy, and the Atama Teriyaki, Spicy Garlic Edamame and Mille Crepe are my absolute favorites. Today, Mas Arif Firmansyah provided such warm and attentive service, it made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely my go-to place whenever I’m craving comfort food. Still the best sushi chain in town for me!

Sushi Hiro is always been a tasty place and become a favorite all sushi lovers. Sushi Hiro Menteng especially the cozy ones and nice ambience. It’s a great option to meet friends or spend time with family, and it also works for formal occasions in the VIP rooms. I really love their interior design. Even when it gets crowded, the place still maintains a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere <3 The location is also very strategic for Central Jakarta, especially in Menteng Area. It’s very close to the other great tenants.

I ordered a chocolate lava cake, but was served a Dubai chocolate lava cake instead. This is not about price, the issue is how the staff handled their mistake. They insisted on serving the wrong item instead of correcting it. To make matters worse, the “Dubai chocolate lava cake” is not even on the menu, so this is clearly 100% a staff error. There was also a mix-up in the system, and it took around 30 minutes just to print the bill. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. The restaurant needs to take responsibility and improve how they handle errors.
