KAM’S ROAST ALWAYS DELIVERS The meat is so juicy and tender, with the right taste of spicies. The tofu also soft and warm, while the hainamese rice has the right amount of oil (not as oily as the standard hainamese rice) Lovely and satisified dining experience

Ordered 1 suckling pig and and 2 ducks delivery for lunar new year celebration. Items arrived at 3pm instead of 11am. Lunch celebration was finished so we had food after guests have left. Both suckling pig and duck did not have enough seasoning. It was incredibly horrible especially compared to what we usually get in Hong Kong. Sent a complaint to the person taking the order on whatsapp. There was no reply, let alone an apology. This place is a classic example of a good restaurant without consistency. When it’s good, it’s good. But when it’s bad, it makes me wanting to never go back ever again.

Yummy food, I love the crispy pork belly. Pipa duck is also offers a unique taste of roasted duck. A bit pricey but it's acceptable for a Michelin star cuisine. Please make reservation ahead if you want to dine in on Chinese holidays, it's very hectic and the kitchen was overwhelmed on last Chinese New Year week so the foods were slow to serve. Better order takeout if you're an introvert or impatient person.

Those who love to eat duck & pork, this restaurant is a must try! They have just moved to a new spot on the 4th floor. FYI, this is a 1 star Michelin Award restaurant!
