Great experience to enjoy food called sotbap. Nasinya super gurih enak banget, steak cube dagingnya rada keras so choose norwegian mackarel instead, more worth it. Cheese dakgalbi is great too. Overall its a nice experience

Doeun Menteng A cozy Korean spot in Menteng that feels warm and comforting. The food is solid and satisfying. Flavors feel quite authentic and well-balanced, especially if you’re craving proper Korean comfort food in Jakarta. Portions are decent and prices are reasonable for the area. It’s not overly fancy, but it does the job well when you just want familiar, hearty Korean dishes. A reliable choice.

Visit on Nov 29, 2025 Always wanting to try Doeun, tried the Tenderly Duo Beef, the water aged Buchaesal is really tender, cooked medium, Yangnyeom galbisal also very flavourful, hint of sweetness and smokey. Service are very pleasant and friendly. Ambience of the restaurant is on the high end. Will surely cone back to try the dry aged meats selection.

tried their kimchi bokkeumbap & dosotbap, but the flavors were kinda bland… not worth the price tbh. The service was so so, we complained about the flavor, and they said the food tastes bland because they don’t use MSG… okay, but how is there not even a salty flavor in the kimchi bokkeumbap 😭
