A lovely homey place to spend a few hours. The Gallery has paintings from famous Indonesian painters while the Museum offers a glimpse of late Ibu Toeti’s full-filling life. From the entrance, I thought the gallery was small, I was wrong. It has a charming small library and a backyard. We spent approx. 3 hours in total. Don’t rush, be present and enjoy the homey ambiance. Ticket price (June 2026) IDR 35,000 general admission including guided tour. The tour guide was lovely and knowledgeable. Please note their break time so you can adjust your visit.

Spent the afternoon exploring Museum Toeti Heraty. Didn't expect this place to be this beautiful. We can take photos or record a video here but without flash. There's a tour guide who will accompany you for your visit and explain a little about the history. They also provide a hotel room inside. It's truly a great visit, not crowded, and the furniture and ambience are great 🥰

great museum! went there with my friend, the place was pretty empty tho when we were there. probably because we were too late haha. I walked around 1,5km from the bundaran hi mrt station, but you can also walk for 5 minutes from gondangdia station! this museum is gorgeous, we spent a whopping 3 hours just strolling around and observing the painting, they had a great meaning 🤍 I love the feminism that's captured in a form of art! it's so beautiful, it cannot be put into words. we enjoyed every second in this museum 🤍

such an underrated museum! the entrance fee is only 35k, and there's so much art and history inside. we had a tour guide who explained her life so well. the rooms are well preserved and really give you a glimpse into how Bu Toeti lived and experienced culture. the museum also has a cafe which served reallyyyy delicious poké!!

Entry fee is 35k. This gallery/museum has a time break from around 11am-2pm. It's a great place for someone who love traditional javanese culture.
