Just looking for comfort food near the office. It’s like a 5-7 min walk only. Turns out it’s pretty good! Regular size is already enough to make me full. If you go for size L (see the ramen), it’s probably too big for a single portion cause it’s KENYANG POL fr. Miso soup is so good! The ramen is okay too. Haven’t tried the spicy one yet so can’t review that. Maybe I’ll update later. Btw if you go around 6-8 PM it’s still quite crowded. Lots of families and people coming back from work. After 8 it’s way quieter. The dine-in area is pretty spacious too overall 👍🏻
View on GoogleI never switched places ever since I tried Sukiya, what a perfect balance of sweet, sour and saltness! Other beef rice bowl resto are sometimes either too sweet or bland and Sukiya served right. Today I tried the onsen & caramel pudding and I didn’t regret it. The egg was a perfect pair with the gyudon + sprinkles of chili flakes and shoyu. Meals are served very quick, only took around 8-10mins of wait. The portion was just right, would definitely revisit!
View on GoogleThis place is awesome. Yes it’s fast food but delicious fast food. Don’t expect Japanese food as in Japan. But if you like nice beef and rice and gyoza for very cheap then I think you’ll like it. Did I mention it’s fast? Kimchi could be better though.
View on GoogleGood value for money for sure. Jakarta ramen was spicy, plus on top, it serves with dice chili. Chicken shoyu ramen was satisfyingly good, however somehow in my opinion taste a little bit different from what I had in Yokohama.
View on GoogleWe brought family from out of town here for a proper dinner and Milos Taverna was exactly the right choice. The setting is warm and the food is genuinely Greek in a way that feels considered rather than curated for a tourist palate. The whole fish was the standout and the Greek wine the server recommended paired it beautifully. The dessert selection finished the meal well. Manager Batu came by near the end and the warmth was genuine. A really good evening all around.
