View on Googlei buy point coffee at taman ratu pretty often and i'm always satisfied, but this is the first time i'm really disappointed with a point product. especially from this store, the barista seems like they don't feel like working. how can a caramel macchiato be sour? come on, calibrate it properly. and whose hair is this? lol so gross. i already DMed on ig but got no reply, i meant to avoid giving a bad rating, but turns out i've been ignored since i complained yesterday. i bought it on 04/02/2025 around 3-ish, who was on that shift? please improve your performance
