is one of my favorite places to eat. The soup is very fresh and delicious, and it is perfect to enjoy at any time of the day. I also love the fried side dishes because they are crispy and tasty. The restaurant is comfortable, and the food always makes me want to come back. Overall, SSB is a great place for anyone who loves traditional Indonesian food.
View on GoogleLovely place. Soto taste good, boyolali style. The side dish is freshly served in the counter. Place is comfortable and the service is quick
View on GoogleOne of the best spots for a warm breakfast in Batu Tulis! The soto ayam kampung broth is rich in umami flavor. It's surprisingly affordable, yet incredibly tasty. I got a takeout for only Rp 15,000. They also offer a variety of fritters, including tahu isi, tempe mendoan, and bakwan sayur, among others. Beef soto is also available.
View on GoogleFor the price, definitely wouldn't complaint. In Jakarta to be able to feed 4 mouths for under 100k is a rarity. Although cheap, the taste is good and many snacks and fried fritters are available to accompany your main dish. Parking is limited since the street is quite busy. Portion is a bit small but still a good option if you're on a tight budget. We spent 65k idr in total for 3 persons portion. Cleanliness of the place could be improved.
View on GoogleThe soto is light and simple, yet hearty. They offer two protein options: chicken and meat. I ordered the meat soto mixed with rice, and the meat was thinly sliced. Although the soto came in a small size, it was fulfilling enough. They also have a variety of accompaniments, both fried and grilled. My favorite is the freshly fried tempe mendoan, which pairs perfectly with the soto, adding crunchy texture to it. Be cautious with their sambal, as it is quite spicy. The space inside is small and humid, so I recommend sitting outside, enjoying the occasional breeze.
