The employees are super slow. Too much joking, chatting and being way too laid-back. The AC isn't cold either so queuing inside is super hot and stuffy. Is the management short on money or short on training?

The AC is really so hot that the air outside is cooler...... The workers aren't hygienic either....... After handling money they immediately make drinks, handling them directly without washing their hands.... Hopefully this gets fixed soon

The change was short by 2rb, honestly that's okay too, it's more about the effort, the employee didn't make any effort to find smaller change or something like that
