As for the food, I think it matched the order, but the service was pretty slow, I waited around 15 minutes from ordering until the food came out. Just a little feedback, when the staff are working, please don't joke around so the orders get finished faster.

On Saturday afternoon, 30 August 2019, I queued up (not knowing whether the queue started from the middle or the right side), and there was 1 customer making a transaction, and we queued right behind them (still not knowing whether the queue was from the side or the middle), even though I had said "where are we supposed to queue?". Then we waited for the customer to finish ordering, we were right in front of the cashier, and the customer to our right was served (they arrived after us, so obviously we should have been first). The cashier didn't say anything and just ignored us, even though I had stepped forward and said to my partner "so what are you ordering?". And we were still ignored, the person to my right was served. Please hire a cashier who CAN SPEAK, maybe THE WOMAN IS DEAF AND MUTE or something, and I was so annoyed I forgot to read her name, she wasn't wearing a hijab. If I was wrong, tell me the queue starts from the side, instead of just ignoring me. In the end I left and WILL NEVER WANT TO BUY HERE AGAIN. Thank you!

It's called express but the food took ages to come out, more than 20 minutes. Ordered peperoni cheese fusili but there was no peperoni. Very few staff and not efficient at all. Please improve

The pleasure of eating delicious pizza after getting tired from walking around the mall. Spent the whole day looking at various ring stones at season city. Before going home, enjoyed pizza in a relaxed dining area with delicious pizza. Forgot it was already nighttime.

The place is okay. But the service is very slow and the food doesn't meet the standard shown in the description and photo. Disappointing, doesn't live up to its big name :(
