I love the old school vibes of this restaurant. You can see the man cooking the pot-stickers, over fire to crisp and water to steam, there are sauces on the table for you to dip your pot-sticker. the technique is to mix the 3 chilli, garlic and another i am not sure what is that, but delicious when dipped in.
View on GoogleTried the food here because there were many people online recommended this place. I ordered for takeaway. The service was fastt and friendly. When we came, this place looked busy and there were many people already. But the tables were available again in a short time. After ordering, I queued to pay, and after I paid, my order was already ready to go. Fast service. First time tasting kuotieh, not exactly my taste😅, too oily for me. I enjoyed the siomay more.
View on GoogleI am surprised by the overall taste of these dumplings. Cripsy outside, soft on the inside. Not much of the meat fillings inside but for 75k per portion, its pretty decent
View on GoogleIt used to be better in 2018-2022 but today its quite decent only. The kuotie could have been crispier and the filling could be tastier. However the complete condiments complete the meal real well. Price has quite increasing too
View on GoogleThe kuotieh tasted good, and it was served really fast after ordering. The Yang zhou fried rice is average only, the rice is little warm, not hot at all, it differs largely from what I ate in China.
