When I admitted my dad to this hospital, I found most of the nurses and administrators were friendly and helpful, although I also admitted that there are unfriendly staff and nurses as well. But, overall, I’m satisfied with their hospitality and assistance. Shoutout and thanks to dr. Albertus Marcelino, Sp.U, FICS; and dr. Kasum Supriadi, Sp.P., FISR for their cares.

Overall the service is good..and I'm so appreciative because my eye surgery was so successful.. Thank you so much to dr Rahma Indria Hapsari and Team.. GBU all the best..

The worst hospital I’ve ever encountered. IGD system is unclear, registration is done at two different places, there are only two beds available, and due to the long IGD queue, patients on IVs are forced to sit on PLASTIC chairs. The on duty doctor was also very rude and completely unhelpful, truly no sense of patient care or service!

Thank you for excellent service of all the staff! Start from registration staff, bu rangga and yovita, they gave a warm welcome and assisted me swiftly. Special thanks to Dr. Benny who is very friendly and calm me down so much during my first odontectomy, i didnt feel nervous at all. Bd.retno also very helpful with all the questions i have related to the surgery. The surgery went smooth and took less than 20 mins. Will recommend my friends, my colleagues and family to go to this hospital :) Ps. I am using BPJS and still have this top notch service 😊 Kudos, Bhakti Mulia!!
