Written on Dec 2, 2024. Visited this branch on a Saturday dinnertime. Simply put: No more. They implement a complicated dining experience, especially for dine-in. So, first, we had to wait in line to get to the counter with two working POSs. Turned out, for dine-in customers, the staff member will only give you an alarm device with a dedicated table number. So, you're gonna need to bring the device, find the table number, and place your orders online by scanning the QR code on the table. On the other hand, take-out customers can place their orders at the counter, and proceed to the waiting area while their orders are being prepared. All the while, they (take-outs) can just scan a QR code at the door, place the orders and process the payment online, and wait. So, basically, transactions at the counter are only for take-outs paid in cash or using cards. The second thing that got me irritated was the waiting time. In fact, it is one of the "experiences" you'll get for trying these noodle joints. We waited for ± 25 minutes before our drink and side orders were ready, and another ± 15 minutes before the main dishes were served. It is surely inconvenient, especially for just a noodle dish. Another negative note is the serving method for dine-in. You need to collect the beverages and the side dishes at the cart in front of the kitchen, once the alarm device goes off. Confusingly, for the main noodle dishes, the server will deliver them to your table 😆🫵🏽. Thankfully enough, I was there with someone who had been through the ordeal. He explained the system that helped me alleviate the "confused" part and left the "pissed off due to long waiting time" part. There are two floors of dining area. I got the table on the first floor. Not sure if the customers on the second floor have to collect the orders on the first floor or not. The male toilet was deplorable. The door handles were off and the toilet flush did not work. Surely it was the customers whose at fault, but, at least the management should've fixed some of the problems. If you dine-in and you easily get thirsty, I'd recommend that you order two drinks. My fatal mistake was to place additional drink orders mid-dining. Waited for slightly under 30 minutes for a glass of teh tarik and thai tea. Location-wise, it is within walking distance from the TransJakarta Tomang Mandala BRT shelter of corridor 8. The stop also serves bus route 8M. There's limited parking space for cars. In front of the store can only fit four or five cars. Otherwise, you need to park the car on a side alley that leads towards the kitchen.
View on GoogleThis is the nearest Mie Gacoan in Tomang area. An alternative for Mie Gacoan Daan Mogot in Grogol. The location was strategic in Tomang Raya, however please expect a nightmare of traffic jam in rush hour. The store seems not quite big compared to other Mie Gacoan stores. There are mezzanine floor available, it will be closed if the store is not crowded enough. Maybe, the hyped was slowly faded. I rarely see the queue here. Quick service both dine in and take-away. The food was okay, no problem so far, always love it.

View on GoogleCame here on a Tuesday morning and was empty with just 1 table occupied. Order was easy and food was served within 10 minutes. Nice fried noodles with level 0 spiciness. Always nice to have a quick food
View on GoogleFood is delicious if you like spicy foods. The cheese shrimp, ball shrimp all delicious. The place smells a bit, maybe because the mop isn't dry. The serving is fast
