We often visit this place for dimsum brunch, event gathering, etc However during our last visit which is today, one of the staff attitude literally reflects a very low attitude. On her voice tone, during giving plate on the table, and when return back the empty plate. Apparently she is freshly hired. I didn't see her name tag. Literally she successfully ruined my mood. She is beautiful, i believe she is lovely but need more training. She reminded me of mie gacoan staff voice tone when called her friend to check orders.

Located in the De Arjuna complex in west Jakarta, Yu Shan is an elevated Chinese restaurant serving a mix of dimsum and artisinal dishes, perfect for family gatherings and strategically located beside the driving range. Modern, clean and sleek interior with high ceilings, the ambience is cozy, inviting and aesthetic. Extensive menu with lots of variety, from dimsum, upscale twists to traditional dishes as well as live seafood selections. Ordered a variety of dishes including Colorful Shumai, Crispy Roast Pork Belly, Sichuan Hot and Sour Soup, Braised Spinach with Dried Scallops, Wagyu Roast Beef and Yang Chow Fried Rice. Everything was tasty, bringing an elevated touch to classic Chinese dishes and each dish’s presentation was aesthetically pleasing. Their lemonade soda was also very refreshing and a perfect compliment to the meal. Was looking forward to trying their egg tarts, however it wasn’t available at the time. Overall, food experience was solid. Staff and service was excellent. Staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and had great recommendations on food selection and portion sizes. Reservations were quick and easy. An enjoyable dining experience and a great spot for a family lunch.

Food is good. Hearty, warm and well tasted. Presentations are ssoooo beautiful. Pretty ceramics, well decorating yet taste not disappointed at all. Great place to inviting people or eat together with families!

Always love the YU SHAN restaurant from long time ago, the food taste really delicious. Dimsum also taste great, they have lots of tea kind of drinks aswell. Super friendly staff, cozy and clean place, great atmosphere. Fair price, great location make it one of the best dinning place especially for special events. The restaurant has such a cozy and comfortable ambiance. The service was friendly and very helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, everything we tried was so good! Highly recommended 😊
