This is the first time I tried Ichisan. At first I was skeptical about crowded place like this. Turned out it was satisfying! Not only the price is quite affordable, the taste also doesn't betray my expectations. I tried black ramen (squid ink maybe?), it was creamy, the texture of the noodle was smooth and good, not soggy, and it was deliiiiicious!!! I tried gyoza and nanban chicken, all tastyy! I'll come again next time to try another menu 🫶
View on GoogleTried Ichisan Ramen and ordered the miso ramen, corn ribs, and free flow ocha. They lets you choose your spice level for the miso ramen, which is a nice touch. The broth is very creamy and packed with umami. You can also choose between curly and straight noodles, and I personally prefer the straight ones since they have a firmer texture and better mouthfeel. The corn ribs were also a highlight. They’re well seasoned, flavorful, and honestly addictive. Overall, a solid spot if you’re into rich ramen with customizable options.
View on Googlei tried the spicy kara ramen and it was super mid same goes with the beef rice bowl asked my friend and they also said the same thing and they’re recommending the side dish instead of the main 🥴 - tamago platter - fried gyoza - tori karaage thank god the place is nice… they have indoor and outdoor area staff is helpful, if our glasses were empty they kindly offer us an ocha refill
View on GoogleI had lunch at Ichisan Ramen Kedoya, and overall it was a really good experience! I forgot the exact names of the dishes I ordered, but everything tasted great — the ramen had rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous toppings. The dry ramen with shredded meat and soft-boiled egg was also super tasty. I especially loved the fried corn — crispy, slightly sweet, and addicting! The place itself feels cozy and clean, with a modern Japanese-inspired interior that makes you want to stay a bit longer. The service was friendly and polite, even though the restaurant was quite crowded when I came. Because it was busy, the waiting time was a bit longer — around 20 minutes before the food arrived — but it was definitely worth the wait. Parking is another plus here. There’s plenty of space, and the parking attendants are very helpful, which makes things a lot easier, especially during peak hours. Overall, Ichisan Ramen is a great spot for satisfying Japanese comfort food. Delicious ramen, nice ambiance, and good service — I’d happily come back again for another bowl (and definitely that fried corn!).
View on GoogleBest ramen in Jakarta for me. While yes, not in the truest sense of ramen, their signature dishes, such as crab, truffle, or even squid ink ramen, have always been my go-to since 2023.
