I have gone here several times to have lunch with my family. Baraya offers various kind of dishes (either veggies / chicken / seafood), but my favorite is ayam goreng kremes and ayam goreng telor asin (accompanied with sambel terasi, of course). One of the food that quite stands out is the spicy anchovy since it's super spicy and tasty. The catering menu is different everyday, so you may need to take note of the catering menu schedule.

Ayam kremes was delicious and favourite menu here... But this time trying other menu called "nasi mensu (mentega susu) seafood". It was just seafood fried rice with butter and milk mixed in maybe, the taste was really savory and good enough although not so special.

It was my friend's idea to have lunch here. It turned out to be a great finding. Location wise: you should pay attention to the sign. You may miss it as it is located in the same row as other restaurants. It's a busy street so you may need to park elsewhere when it's crowded. Menu wise: various chicken dishes (kremes, gundul sambal hijau, etc). Also prepared dishes that you can pick from the counter. Price wise: affordable!!! Suitable for students and university students. Taste wise: I love the nasi uduk, ayam kremes and the sayur asem. As taste is very subjective, I suggest that you come and taste it yourself and let me know what you think.

The jengkol is really good and it's one of the most favorite food there however they only cook a little bit of it and if you buy it over 1 o clock in the afternoon it's most likely finished.

Delicious fried, bake, steam chicken...with regular and coconut rice ...sayur asem on a side....They are serving a fresh cooked prasmanan food with variety dishes..please be here at least noon .....as far as food taste....I wish they would do something with their toilet’s smell...I could smell that where I am seated.
