On July 2, 26 I bought mochi kunafa and pdg coconut, the people guarding were 3 people (1 non hijab, 2 hijab) from the beginning I asked about the mochi but was directed to the chewy one (knew there must be an upselling) after paying I was still around the area there I checked the receipt that was input the chewy one. Then I came back why the chewy price was made but the goods and what I wanted were mochi, was briefly offered do you want just chewy? (well they were the ones who offered wrong what was not wanted the upselling is not good), then the person who cashiered earlier had a gesture (non verbal) with their friend that it was indeed on purpose (name it sales) while returning 15k cash, you guys got the wrong person to manipulate my work demands detail because the billing/costs I face are large, but whoever doesn't deserve to be cheated, I'm sure this isn't the first thing, upselling/cross selling is normal, but manipulation like this in my opinion is intolerable. At least I complained to the number on the receipt it turned out to be the krendang branch and was given the jelambar branch number but I read again the chat from krendang it seems the number listed on google is for order numbers and that must be held by each employee not management/HR etc., at first I didn't want to go straight to google but because there was no management number so straight here just. Rarely do I complain.
