This kimbab joint just opened at the UNTAR 1 canteen. Besides kimbab, they also sell corndogs, gimmari, tteokboki, and other snacks. They happen to have a promo going on right now. Every purchase of kimbab gets a free tteokboki. I tried: 1. Veggie Kimbab (IDR 30k) It contains nori, rice, cucumber, carrot, meat, and other vegetables. The vegetables are sour and slightly savory with bits of minced meat. The kimbab is bite-sized and considered cheap because the filling is generous too. I could even get 2 meals out of it. The sauce is also free-flow with several options available. I tried shoyu & gochumayo, but it wasn't spicy at all. 2. Free tteokboki It tastes decent. The rice cakes aren't too chewy, but there is plenty of fish cake and it doesn't taste fishy. The sauce is a bit watery, savory, and slightly sweet-and-sour spicy.

Kimbap is a halal Korean food that looks similar to sushi. Kimbap consists of seasoned rice with sesame oil, filled with vegetables, egg, and meat, then rolled with sheets of seaweed or nori. This halal Korean food has become popular in recent years as a snack or main meal menu.
