Great hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Place is a bit old. Some lights has no switches besides the bed, and has to walk to locate its cable switch in order to switch off. Time to refresh via major renovation

Had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is well-located, especially if you need convenient access to malls & food options. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to rest after a long day. The overall ambiance feels modern yet welcoming. What truly stood out during my stay was the service. I happened to bump into one of the lobby staff, Annisa, and she was exceptionally friendly and approachable. She patiently assisted with my queries and went the extra mile to recommend great spots around the area — from local eats to nearby conveniences. It wasn’t just routine service; she was genuinely proactive and thoughtful in making sure I had what I needed. Annisa is definitely an outstanding member of the team and reflects the hotel’s commitment to good hospitality. Keep up the great work — staff like her truly make a difference in the guest experience!

It was my first time staying at Aston Kartika Grogol, and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Regina at the reception and Tomy from the bell team. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also excellent. The facilities were impressive, particularly for children. The playroom is large, and the kids’ pool is well-designed and enjoyable. I will definitely return to stay at this hotel again
