This legendary betawi style mutton/goat soup is famous for its creamy broth and excellent spices flavor. There’s no gamey flavor at all. All the goat parts are there such as eyes, cheeks, offal, intestines, cartilage, BRAIN and the most special part is its feet. Goat’s feet soup or Sop Kaki Kambing. If you think this food is bizzare. The one in Radio Dalam is way better! Why? Because when I eat it here (Tanjung Duren), I have to add more sambal and soy sauce to add some taste while at Radio Dalam branch I don’t have to add those and it’s already good.
