This place is renowned for its all-you-can-eat coconut rice and hot tea offer. Upon arrival, the array of protein options like chicken catches the eye, available for separate purchase. First, you place your protein order, then enjoy the unlimited coconut rice, priced at 9k rupiah per person. I sampled a chicken combo—four pieces consisting of two grilled and two fried. The grilled was decent, but the fried was outstanding, meticulously served with a side of fried shallots. The coconut rice, while boasting a more enticing aroma than taste, was still flavorsome. I also tried the squid; it was a bit tough but manageable. Overall, it's an alright spot for coconut rice, although purchasing a whole chicken at 84k or per piece at 27k seemed a tad expensive for the value offered. The place isn't overly spacious, but it's cozy enough for a comfortable meal. However, one slight issue is the presence of quite a few flies. To mitigate this, they provide table candles, which help a bit in keeping the pesky insects at bay. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall atmosphere remains inviting and conducive to enjoying the meal, albeit with a few flying visitors.
View on GoogleThe Nasi Uduk is all you can eat. There are lots of side dishes. The Nasi uduk is wrapped in banana leaf and small. The Ayam Bakar is really good. The service is kinda slow. Or maybe because it was kinda late. Overall a very nice place to eat. There are also several traditional snacks as well. I think they recently renovated their restaurant, so it has this modern interior
View on GoogleBest nasi uduk in Jakarta. Because of what? It’s tasty, and you can take as many nasi uduk as you want here. Their complimentary meals are also great, I ordered ayam goreng and terong pedas Place just got renovated and is better, however limited seats.
View on GoogleFast nasi uduk and ayam goreng resto. They provide spicy, salty and sweet fried/grilles chicken. As well as many satays (shrimps, liver, etc). Nasi uduk are free flow, meaning you can take as many as you want, also refill if needed. The same goes with the tea. The place is just standard resto with tables and long chair. Clean enough, although it is quite hot due to no air con. The toilet is just disgusting. Taste is so-so, not that special, but not bad either. They provide lalapan and 4 kind of sambals free of charge. A little bit pricey considering the place and quality of the food. Parking only for bikes, if you use car you need to park on the street.
View on GoogleFree refill or unlimited Nasi Uduk? perfect dish when starving. A lot of varieties on the menu. I liked the tea, it's very fragrant and delicious.
