The kwetiau goreng does not have the signature burnt and that slight crispy texture. Tastes almost like the chef is newbie or maybe he is just not in the right mood🫣.

First time trying it, it tastes good, I bought the nasi siram super The nasi siram super also comes with roast pork, the rice and the sauce are served separately so the portion is pretty big in my opinion The green sambal is whoaaa spicy for me but it's great mixed with the nasi siram, a perfect match ❤️ The order is also delivered to the table & the guy's service is great too, thankyouu

ordered kwetiau siram, asked the server many times whether the kwetiau gets stir-fried first, they said yes while giggling. then I requested it be stir-fried kinda plain, they answered yes yes. after cooking, the kwetiau wasn't stir-fried at all. no taste eating it, the most tasteless kwetiau I've ever eaten. please improve, people pay with money.
