Found a nikudon spot in Tanjung Duren with prices that are still quite affordable — probably because the target market is mostly college students, since it’s located near the back gate of UNTAR Campus 2. The place itself is pretty small, with only a few tables available. Interestingly, the cashier, server, and cook were all handled by the same person, yet the service was still fairly quick. Truffle Nikudon & Moora Nikudon Tried two types of their nikudon. The truffle version comes with additional mushroom toppings and truffle paste. Overall, both tasted quite good with a sweet and savory sauce. Unfortunately, the smoky aroma wasn’t very noticeable, and the egg had a slightly fishy smell.

Sadly, when I arrived, the cashier was empty. After waiting around 5 minutes with no response, I tried calling out, and then a man appeared with a bad expression. I felt really guilty about placing an order. There was no communication when I wanted to choose my food l, no offers, no explanations from the cashier. Just nothing. I was very confused. I'm assuming the employee was just one person handling everything, cooking, delivering food, cashier duties, etc. After paying for my order, I noticed I'd been charged around 5% more than my total. I'm not sure if this was tax or a service fee. I didn't get any receipt, so I can only assume.

Delicious food, top-notch service, and a great atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!
