Today, 19 Apr, I ordered 4 boxes of ayam geprek via shope*, when my order arrived and I wanted to eat, there was 1 box of chicken that was different from the other 3 boxes, that 1 box of chicken already smelled slightly rotten and wasn't fresh, even its color was a bit dark unlike the other 3 boxes where the chicken was still fresh and had no smell, please gold chick always sell fresh food that meets SOP standards, and don't sell spoiled / unfit products to customers because chicken that isn't fresh can cause severe allergies, bumps, hives that feel very itchy and hot.. my complaint is intended to inform gold chick not to repeat the same mistake that could negatively affect other customers, I don't want compensation or an apology in any form from gold chick. The fault is entirely gold chick's, please improve and recheck the food products being sold

Why is it so inconsistent, sometimes I get warm chicken, hot rice and fresh sambal too, today I was so unlucky, cold watery rice and the chicken was cold too. there's even a hair in the rice! the wait was pretty long too. if this is what I get, you might as well prepare it as soon as I order and give it to me without waiting for the checker first!

I thought I ordered ayam geprek, why is there so little sambal?? and pls how can you go to the kitchen while smoking, and the woman without a hijab is so mean too hahaha I'm not coming here again.

The atmosphere is noisy and dirty 4. The cashier is confused, Asked dine in or take away? I answered Dine in They replied “sorry, we can't right now because of cleaning” better not to ask in the first place then, Besides there wasn't any cleaning/repair going on Just advice, no offense
