Visited Yakiniku Ten – Central Park Mall and decided to go à la carte rather than choosing the buffet. My first impression was actually quite positive. The restaurant has a clean, pleasant, and comfortable environment, and the table-grill setup makes for an enjoyable yakiniku experience. Unfortunately, the food itself didn’t quite live up to that first impression. The meat was decent and there was nothing particularly bad about it, but I personally found the quality fairly average. Nothing really stood out or made me immediately think that I needed to return. Perhaps I ordered the wrong items, or maybe the buffet would have offered a better overall experience. Based purely on this à la carte visit, however, I would describe the meal as enjoyable enough but not particularly memorable. Overall, a comfortable place for yakiniku when you’re at Central Park Mall, but the meat itself didn’t impress me as much as I had expected.

The stove repeatedly got turned off during the session. Like 6 times. And the solution was mot moving to other tables but somehow changing the grill plates. For the main dish, ordered the Signature (mid tier), but somehow I think the regular tier would be better. The meat from the Signature was somehow more dry, chewy (alot), and the butter didn't shine through, unless you are adding more separately. The refular one with the tare sauce was much better. The side dish that were good: chicken nanban and maybe the croquettes. The ice cream that we got melted already 🫠🫠, so we ate soup basically. Like, didn't the refrigerator working ? How did you keep it?

This place looks amazing but the food quality is so bad the portion are so so small and for 2 million rupiah +, it is so not worth it and the fact that our table's grill keeps on turning off which makes it worse.
