Honestly a reasonable dupe of Hotteok in Jakarta 🇮🇩🇰🇷 The cinnamon is very evident in the Hotteok, it’s almost like cinnamon bun but make the bread crispy from the pan fried dough! With crushed peanuts inside for extra crunch. I absolutely enjoyed this and considering it’s 15k for one big hotteok — it’s great value!!! The only concern I have is the place doesn’t really have a spot to sit, but you can sit on a communal bench outside; regardless, it’s good for to-go.

A snack shop inside Neo Soho Mall, infront of the Aquarium and next to a selfie booth. Honestly I'm surprised it's not more popular, price wise the odeng was very cheap and the broth wasn't bland and on the saltier side (I enjoyed them, some might not, you probably can ask them to water it more), The hotteok was great and inexpensive, it's bigger than any hotteok you can find in this mall and Central Park (I tried the other which has less filling and smaller size), this one has generous filling, very sweet & flavorful, you can taste the sesame and cinnamon which were amazing, for Rp 25.000,-. The hotteok are also made fresh when you ordered, so not the reheated type. Highly recommended!

The place is in a corner, so the kiosk is not very visible. Right next to RamenYa,,, you have to check properly to see the shop. I thought it wasn't there or it was closed because it was hidden or not visible. The service is friendly and good. Original hotteok 16 thousand rupiah, cheese 20 thousand rupiah. Unfortunately, there are no tables to sit just to try it. Actually, Korean snacks are very rare in Indonesia and hard to find, and difficult to make. Hopefully there will be more branches

2 times came here and they always told me they run out of ingredient aka sold out, it’s at 4 pm while mall close at 10 pm, if you want to sell food or something, pls be serious bout the business
