So delicious!!! This is the kind of sate padang I used to eat at my junior high school back in Jambi 😆 Such a nostalgic feeling! One portion costs Rp 24.000 as of 1 March 2026. Comes with lontong and 10 skewers of satay (beef, tongue, intestines or a mix). There's jangek (skin crackers) for Rp 2.000/pack and keripik balado for Rp 3.000/pack.

Ordered via gofood. Turns out it's available there too (just found out😂). The satay is sooo good, especially the sauce, paired with rice at home, absolutely awesome 👍👍 the meat pieces aren't too small or too big either, just right 😆😆 asked for more sauce, and when the order arrived I saw they'd actually added extra sauce, so happyyy 😆🤤

Thanks to everyone who's reviewed this on googlemaps. It's so hard to find good sate padang in jakarta that doesn't feel like eating MSG🤣🤣 yesterday I searched on maps and finally found this place with good reviews. It tastes similar to my regular spot in medan. Looks like I'll become a regular here too. I'm someone who rarely eats meat because it smells when eaten, but here I'm happy eating the beef satay, it's neither tough nor rubbery, the texture is just right and it doesn't smell. Keep up the quality and taste, sir👍🏻👍🏻

I've known about this satay for a long time, just found it on grabfood/gofood. As someone born and raised in Padang, I think this satay is among the closest to authentic Padang satay. The difference between satay in Jkt and in Padang is in the meat. I often find satay with good sauce, but the meat isn't good at all. Sometimes tough, sometimes completely tasteless, and often just grilled carelessly, so it tastes like boiled meat rather than grilled meat. Sate Al lamak's sauce and meat are both delicious, especially with kripik added.. awesome! The guy working there is also nice and friendly. Hope you get more customers..
