visited PapaJack Neo Soho today and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I requested extra ice from the beginning, but the response from the staff felt unfriendly and uncomfortable. the staff (mba Santi) gave me this super tiny glass that made zero sense. On top of that, the attitude wasn’t friendly — I felt judged just for asking, especially when the staff looked at my tumbler with an annoyed face. Then i asked another traniee staff but Mba Santi approach the traniee and said we DONT HAVE ICE. But then 2 mins later they gave me 2 very big glass of ice. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ The manager said that the tiny glass was their standard, because its free but honestly, from a customer experience standpoint, it just doesn’t feel reasonable. It’s unfortunate because I actually like their salted egg menu, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll return — not to this branch or any other PapaJack location.

The place is comfortable, serving time is okay. We tried the fried rice with chicken something (?), the taste was kind of bland, chicken fillet was very thin. Chicken popcorn was tiny for price. Nice -to-know-kind-of- restaurant

I was craving for Nasi Lemak and just got it here. The taste was delicious, tasted like the one I used to eat in KL. The sambal, I like it very much. The staff is friendly and the place is convenient. The price is quite reasonable, just little bit too high for a plate of Nasi Lemak. Overall I enjoyed eating here.

Staff is very responsive. They respond to every guest's queries very fast. They are very polite too in fulfilling every guest's needs. The waiters and waitresses are very polite and kind. Even the manager handles customer's enquiries very polite and humble. Food is great too. Taste of the food is authentic. Price is affordable considering it is located in one of the most prime mall in Jakarta. The seat and table is also comfortable. It is very good for business talk over the meals. Recommended cafe and restaurant.
