We visit early in the morning and the place already packed. But fortunately we able to get seated early. We order 2 set : - Hamburg Cheese + Original Hamburg - Hamburg Seasonal + Original Hamburg The set already include free refill rice, free refill soup, free refill brocolli, free refill drink and an onsen egg. The set cost approx 129k++ The original hamburg taste quite good. But the variant especially the seasonal hamburg was excellent. It was somehow similar taste with spaghetti w/ meat sauce except there is no pasta. The cheese one was great, the mountiful of cheese got grated later on in addition of american cheese. Giving grilled cheese flavour. The notable part is the soup. Full of flavour with clams and seaweed. Often other place neglected the soup so it might taste bland. It was whole another story in here. The only think to consider: Since the place have heavy traffic, some family might get seated separately.

Overall one if not the best dining experiences, from the awesome friendly accommodating service and the great juicy hamburg steak options. The beef hamburg was super juicy, nicely grilled with a great crust, and even the chicken one was absurdly good for chicken. Free refills on the broccoli and rice makes for a filling meal and a satisfyingly complete one, as the set meal includes everything possible in one meal. Staff are super nice and they had a birthday special surprise which was a very pleasant experience. Place is rather small, cramped with lots of traffic, and seating somewhat slippery makes for a more dine and out type of place. Costs quite a pretty penny but for a complete satisfying meal is awesome!

Each person MUST order a menu each. Had the Original, Cheese and the Seasonal Tomato Hamburg Definitely a must try once in your lifetime. Everything was delicious, the wagyu was juicy, the miso soup was delicious They provided lots of sauces so you can mix and match towards your liking

Came here for lunch — arrived around 11:30 AM and there were already 13 people on the waiting list. Ended up waiting about 1.5 hours before finally getting a table. The system here is ordering via QR code at the table, then you pay at the cashier first. Not long after, the patties are served to your table. 1. Triple Hamburg (Cheese & Seasonal) For the current seasonal menu, they have triple mushroom, and you get extra shaved black truffle when ordering the seasonal option. I chose the chicken patty for this one — it was juicy, savory, and creamy. However, the truffle aroma wasn’t very noticeable as it was overpowered by the mushroom. The cheese version comes with both a cheese slice and grated cheese on top. It’s quite rich, but thankfully not too overwhelming. I also tried the original version, which is served medium rare, so you can adjust the doneness yourself on the hot plate. The original wagyu was juicy and tender. It tasted even better when paired with their yakiniku sauce.

10/10 services. when u enter the restaurant they will scream at top of their lungs to welcome u. and they always do that for every customer. appreciate the dedication :) the food is perfect. i recommend getting maximum a double. a triple is too much. and somehow the original one without any topping/seasonal is v v perfect compared to the others. i guess bcs if u put topping it kinda block the air of the meat (?) so idk the juiciness just decrease. ALSO, they have UNLIMITED broccoli. and miso soup. and rice. they also provide infused water for free. please add salt n pepper when you cook the broccoli its a game changer. honestly it's so worth the price. and the waiter keep asking us like everytime the pan is empty whether we want to refill anything (very act of service 🩷). anyways experience is perfect and food is good ✨️✨️✨️✨️
