Food was really nice with good presentation. The service was fine as well, but would not say the same for hygiene and cleanliness. There were scratches and water marks all over the tables (the green ones). Baby cockroach was on our table during dining. The menu books were not in a good condition. Overall, it was a quite nice experience, but the aesthetic and maintenance should also be taken into consideration for such good and well-known restaurant.

The food was very nice, specially the creamy cheese bread, really loved the taste, thanks to the chef who made it. Thank you for the hospitality from Mr. Nauval. He was really friendly and helpful. The AC was really cold inside, but I think it was because too hot on the outside, so the AC settled up with the most cold temperature. But everything was good tho.. Thanks nanny's pavilion Central Park ✨️

Air conditioner felt too strong for tables near the back walls that we had to move to the table near the kitchen. Serving was very slow, as expected for a Sunday lunch, (luckily?) we got an apology ice cream. Location is great though, fish pond right in front of the restaurant for little kids’ entertainment while waiting for the food that takes forever to come.

Visited on a weekday late afternoon for a quick linner. Before entering, I confirmed with the staff whether I could use a Qpon voucher. The first staff member explained it kindly, but when I was passed to another (presumably senior) staff member and she heard I'd be paying with voucher, her whole demeanour changed (rude would be an understatement). If customers using vouchers are looked down upon, perhaps it's better to just discontinue them. I don't mind paying the normal price, but the attitude was baffling. The cashier wasn't judgemental, though I was required to write down my phone number for marketing in order to redeem a voucher I had already paid for. Many establishments collect numbers, but most respect a customer's refusal (e.g., Pesto at Senayan City, which is even more pricey). This was the first time I felt forced into it. Service overall felt lacking. My food took over 30 minutes to arrive and a nearby table had a kid throwing a prolonged tantrum with no intervention from staff. To be fair, the pasta was actually good! Creamy and nicely balanced with the herby pesto. However, considering the patchy service, limited power outlets, no wifi, and the price point, it's unfortunately not somewhere I'd return to or recommend:)

Got a super pretty stack of pancakes for my birthday! It’s H+6 for me, but they’ll still treat you the happy rainbow pancake from H-1 until H+7 of your birthday with a purchase of at least one main dish. I ordered aglio olio spaghetti as a vegetarian main dish (not allium free though, to whom it may concern). There were no other vegetarian main dish options but it was pretty good. Plenty of mushrooms, decent portion and taste 👍
