I only ordered the gelato , I got 2 flavours the pistachio and lemon , overall it's good but in my opinion , the pistachio is slightly too bitter for my liking , overly bitter aftertaste , while the lemon cheesecake is smooth and creamy while being quite light but it could benefit a bit more tartness to further the complexity of the gelato.

On weekdays we can easily find place to sit. The location is exactly as described (LG floor near salad stop) if we go through elevator near ohsome just turn left and it's right after Jco. Roasted oolong latte has a good balance between tea and milk. My order came within 5-6 minutes after payment, not having long wait.

I would like to provide feedback regarding the service I experienced with a staff member named Valerie. When I placed my order at the cashier, I asked for the cashier’s recommendation regarding the appropriate sugar level that would match my preference. However, before the sugar level was confirmed, Valerie proceeded to prepare my drink, which resulted in the order being made with the wrong sugar level, and she had to remake the drink. While I was waiting at the pickup counter, Valerie discussed the mistake and expressed her frustration with another male staff member directly in front of me. I found this uncomfortable and unprofessional, as the matter was being discussed openly in front of the customer involved. After reading other reviews that also mentioned concerns about the service quality at the KOI branch in Central Park, I believe this is an area that requires attention and improvement. Thank you.

Trying their newest menu: Wintermelon series! I mean, who could resist this cute new bottle? Since the sweetness comes from the 'brown sugar chew-chew', sadly we cannot adjust the sweetness level. Otherwise, both the milk tea and the lemon tea are good!
