We came quite often here for family dinner, this time we ordered Gurame Goreng Bumbu Rujak, Ayam Goreng Spesial Foek Lam, Udang Goreng Telur Asin, Sapo Babi Sanbei, Nasi Goreng Spesial Foek Lam, and Buncis Szechuan. The highlighted dishes were the Gurame Goreng Bumbu Rujak and Ayam Goreng Spesial Foek Lam. The fish was very nice, fresh and well fried. Crispy outside and soft inside, the sauce was also nice and refreshing. The chicken was so good too. Perfectly fried with crispy skin and juicy meat inside, well marinated, and the pork floss topping was nice too. Buncis szechuan was nice and tasty. Salted egg prawn was just okay, a bit too oily and buttery for our liking, couldn’t taste the salted egg flavour. The fried rice was okay, a bit too oily as well. The sanbei pork was also too oily. Service was good, staff were accommodating and friendly, and nice atmosphere.
View on GoogleA fancy non-halal restaurant — great if you want to enjoy both the food and the ambiance. We enjoyed a Sunday lunch with the family early in the month, and it wasn't too crowded, allowing us to chat at a leisurely pace. Most of the dishes were delicious. However, a few items were seasoned in a way that didn't quite suit my palate — some were too sweet (the pao and onde), while others were too salty (certain side dishes). The friendly service and the availability of customer vouchers helped make up for the seasoning issues I experienced.
View on GoogleNice place to have meal. Noisy and crowd. Taste good. The fried chicken fook lam the best. The dimsum great taste as well. Come back again. For sure.
View on Google25 Nov 2025 Coming to this place because of the high rating from Google. 4,9 from 2,5K reviewer 😱 Have a high expectations from the rating, but it's a disappointment. Actually, the taste of the food is pretty average but all the food is on the saltier side. I don't think I wil be back.
View on GoogleVisited Foek Lam at Central Park Mall and had an excellent dining experience. We ordered several dishes to share, and every single one stood out. • Cumi Goreng Mentega: Crispy, savory, and rich with buttery flavor. The squid was perfectly cooked — tender, not rubbery — and the sauce was addictive. • Bakmie Ulang Tahun: A must-try for fried noodle lovers. The longevity noodles were flavorful, nicely seasoned, and had a great texture. Tasted like home-cooked comfort with a festive twist. • Tongkat Emas: Delightfully crispy with a pumpkin filled stick — a fun and tasty surprise in every bite with salted egg covers the stick. • Tahu Hot Plate: Served sizzling hot, the tofu was silky inside with a flavorful, umami-rich sauce. A great complement to the other dishes. • Sapi Kuluyuk: Sweet and sour beef done right! The meat was tender, and the sauce had that perfect balance of tanginess and sweetness. Service was fast and friendly, and the ambiance was cozy — great for family dinners. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.
