I ordered the Signature Ma La Tang and the Collagen Bone Broth. Both were deeply satisfying. The Ma La Tang, even at a mild spice level, carried enough heat to make me lightly sweat, while still remaining enjoyable. The Collagen Bone Broth was thick, savory, and comforting. The variety of meats, vegetables, and other ingredients available to customize the bowl added to the appeal. Service was adequate, though I wished the staff had offered assistance in carrying my order from the cashier to the table, as the bowl was quite large and cumbersome. The setting was simple but functional, with tables and chairs at just the right height for enjoying hot pot. As a popular brand, the restaurant tends to get crowded during mealtimes, especially on weekends. Although the bowls appear large in the photos, the actual portion was less substantial than expected. I finished a full bowl without feeling overly full, and could easily have added dessert afterward. For the price, the serving size felt underwhelming, making the experience somewhat expensive relative to expectations. Despite the portion concerns, the flavors were excellent. I would gladly return when I feel like indulging and don’t mind spending a little extra.

Not cheap tho… Super crowded super small area to sit. Pricing point not that cheap, is it a good experience. Yes it is… Taste wise ? I would say so so… Dry mala you better go to Shao Kao or Aladdin in PiK. They are more good than here. Dragon like a franchise soup. Nothing special

Came here with my friends last week, and I think this is the best branch so far. The ingredients were fresh, the broth was really flavorful, and the atmosphere was nice. It was quite crowded, but the queue was well managed and we didn’t have to wait too long. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and definitely a branch I’d come back to.

The restaurant is clean and cozy. The food is tasty with a not-so-long waiting cook time. During peak hours, the restaurant will have waiting lists around 12pm and 7pm especially on weekends. Overall, would gladly go back to have a meal here.

One of the delicious mala hotpot restaurants here. You can take anything that is provided on the shelves and they will be counted per 100 grams. The place also has more than 10 tables with 4 chairs in each. There are no toilets and only a washbasin. Sometimes you must queue to take the order because at times this place is full.
