The food here is great. The cookies are soft and balanced between the sweet to salty ratio. Sometimes they also sell cookiedough, and it tastes great. Though the food here is quite pricey, some of them are worth it. The service here is genuinely great. They workers are nice, friendly, and offer to get out of their way to help when needed. Something I rarely see these days. Keep up the good service!! <3

My first experience to dine-in in Doughlab as I always take away my order. Turns out the service was good and pretty fast. Even though the dining area is not that big, it's still comfy to spend your time there. As for the cookie, it tasted great, since the cookie was already good.

Found plastic foil stuck onto the cookie and also burnt hair. Hygiene is reallly poor

The texture of the cookies is expectational , and it isn't that sweet.

The dine-in area is quite spacious and there are a lot of charging port, their cookies is not to sweet and have a lot of variations
