Top-tier Korean BBQ experience at Bornga Central Park! The beef quality is outstanding with amazing marbling—super tender, juicy, and flavorful. I really love their fresh vegetable platters (ssam) which are so generous and varied. The banchan selection is also delicious and authentic. Great ambiance with classic Korean interior vibes, plus the service is fast and friendly. Highly recommended!

We had Woo Samgyeop, Pork Galbi and Bosam. It's sweet and savory without being overwhelming. The ambience is relaxed and less chaotic dining atmosphere. The service here is efficient and helpful. The staff will happily grill the meat for you right at your table, ensuring it is cooked to perfect tenderness.

The restaurant still has a comfortable atmosphere, and it honestly brought back memories of how much we used to enjoy dining here. However, compared to our previous visits, both the food quality and overall service felt noticeably different this time. Some of the dishes seemed less balanced than before. The japchae was much sweeter than we remembered, the sundubu jjigae tasted milder and less flavorful, and the Mansinchang Samgyeopsal—which usually had a nicely balanced sweet-savory profile—felt noticeably saltier from the soy sauce this time. The service also felt less attentive compared to the past. The staff were not unfriendly, but the overall hospitality and attentiveness that we used to appreciate seemed reduced. The biggest difference, however, was the variety of banchan. Previously, there were many more side dishes and it felt much more complete. This time, only a few were served, such as seaweed soup, kimchi, radish kimchi, green onion, salad, and a fried side dish, so the overall experience felt less memorable than before. As a small suggestion to the managemen, shared with full respect and good intention, it may be more meaningful to focus on bringing back the consistency in food quality and service rather than encouraging 5-star reviews through complimentary menu incentives. Bornga already has a strong reputation and loyal customers; if the flavors and hospitality return to the standard they once had, genuine positive reviews will naturally follow. We truly hope to see Bornga return to its previous standard, because we know how good it can be :)

i often come to bornga but today was quite dissapponting i was looking forward to a light lunch today so i ordered soup, egg and noodles but apparently you need to order more main dishes huh? the waiter was not explaining why and just repeating that i cant order the egg because it's a side dish. Like i know it's a side dish i went to bornga a lot in my past and i want it? she didnt explain anything and just said we cant order without ordering more main dishes 🤔🤔🤔 i ask her to ask her manager but she came back and didnt explain anything so i changed the order to add one more japchae. In the end we takeaway the japchae because we cant eat much in the first place. i just want to eat light today is it prohibited? Like i'm a paying customer too yknow. we ended up ordering the steamed egg too since i love their steamed egg, and today egg is burned heavily at the bottom and i can't enjoy the taste at all since all i taste is the burnt smell 🤷🤷 the rest of the food was delicious as always though. restaurant is loud, a bit hot when i came today some reason and some parts really have heavy smoke smell even though no one was using the grill nearby. i honestly wish the policy changed otherwise i wouldn't eat again at bornga as often 😔

One of the best korean restaurants in Indonesia. The price is acceptable and great quality too!! Generous condiments as well.
