Went there right before Eid Holiday, and it was packed with people having dinner. We ordered the signature Bakmi and Capcay as well as Bakso Goreng, everything tastes great and the service is also good 👍 Would definitely come back to this restaurant if I am ever in this area.

The restaurant is located on Mediterania Apartment complex. I tried pangsit mie halus babi garing special which is very tasty. The meat is tender and the skin is crunchy. Definitely one of my favorite bakmi in Jakarta.

Bakmi Bintang Gading Mediterania is a solid spot for bakmi lovers, especially those who crave authentic and flavorful Indonesian-Chinese noodles. Here’s a detailed review: Atmosphere: The restaurant has a cozy, casual ambiance that is perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with family and friends. It’s clean, well-organized, and has a laid-back vibe. While it doesn’t scream fancy, it definitely has a welcoming neighborhood feel. Food: The bakmi here is the star of the show. The noodles are well-cooked, with just the right amount of chewiness. Toppings, especially the pork and chicken, are seasoned to perfection. One of the highlights is their use of generous portions of toppings, including flavorful minced pork, char siu (barbecued pork), and chicken, all of which add layers of umami. The broth, in particular, has a depth of flavor that complements the dish nicely. If you’re not a noodle person, there are other great options like their dumplings and soups, which also stand out for freshness and taste. Vegetables are well-cooked, maintaining their crunch, and the side dishes have a home-cooked feel. Service: The staff is friendly and efficient, making sure customers are served promptly. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the team manages well even when it’s busy. They are knowledgeable about the menu, making recommendations if you’re new to Indonesian-Chinese cuisine. Value: For the quality and portion sizes, Bakmi Bintang Gading Mediterania offers good value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the generous servings. Overall: Bakmi Bintang Gading Mediterania is a must-visit if you are a fan of Indonesian noodles or looking to try an authentic dish. It’s a great place for comfort food that hits the spot, and the friendly service just adds to the experience. Expect hearty portions and robust flavors that will keep you coming back!
