Annoying, couldn't use dineout voucher even though it's until October 31, the reason was it wasn't allowed from their side. Tried at the Borobudur branch and it worked, the employees are just lazy by nature

Bought several cone ice creams in a cup, it seems the portion is less even though it should be more especially with an additional charge of 2k (calculating the cup), maybe the guy needs to be trained again, unlike several places at other branches, which are fuller in the cup tq

1. Dirty table 2. The lemon squeezer tool is placed in a very filthy way. (They put it in the sink where there is a dirty pitcher, that tool was dipped in, but still used to squeeze lemon for people's drinks 🤢🤢🤢 3. Slow service, but the cashier is friendly though

The employees are friendly, the service is good, the place is clean and neat. There is one employee named Mas (Yudi). A very kind and polite employee.
