Already happy to be able to try.. when I went to the front it was closed.. they said there is a break time (the mother who sells in front).. clearly write on google maps if there is a break time, so people don't go back and forth 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I actually knew this location from reels and only visited their pempek place. However, the service there is lacking. My father asked me to ask what pempek is grilled using banana leaves (lenggang panggang), I asked the employee. Although I finally got the name of the food, it was not written on their menu. Because if you want to order, you have to write it yourself. Because I sat near their counter, the staff laughed about lenggang and I don't know if they were laughing at me because my father and I didn't know lenggang. Because pempek in Jakarta is commonly like lenjer, kulit, adaan, and kapal selam. If it's not common, it's natural to ask, especially if it's not on the menu. At the table I sat at, there was no cuko and I had to take it from the table next to it. The taste of the food is overall delicious and affordable. Maybe candles need to be added because there are quite a lot of flies. Serving drinks here is very long. I ordered es songkit, the food was all served but until the food ran out the drink hadn't arrived. I had to ask the staff again about the drink I ordered. The es songkit here is also lacking in my opinion, there is no songkit taste, only sugar water. Because the drink is transparent clear color where songkit to my knowledge is slightly yellow. Overall the staff performance is lacking and there is no follow up between staff. The staff can be said to be less serious and too much joking in my opinion. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.
