I was here on a Wed night. The place was crowded and we chose 2 sea fishes.. Both BBQ and 1 with sweet sauce and 1 with chilli. They served within 10 min which I thought real efficient. The sweet sauce BBQ fish was my favourite. The fish was very fresh and BBQ to the right cooking time. Not burnt. Overall a good place to visit.. Especially when the prices here rather reasonable. The dinner costed us Rp 353k for 2 fishes, vege, rice and tea
View on GoogleThe restaurant and the brand is in premium middle positioning among other seafood restaurant in Jakarta, thus the price is good, really worth compare the freshness of seafood, and the taste of all the cuisine in menu. The order process is quick and efficient, and their signature sambal is very good suitable for all the seafood dishes. Will come back again in the future, keep up the great work 😇
View on GoogleI personally think that this seafood is a bit overrated. The queue is too long, you have to wait for around 15-30 mins, I recommend coming at 5.30ish pm. The food? meh. The squid is a bit tough to eat and i can barely taste any seasoning on the squid. The steamed tim nyonya fish is okay, i love the acidity level. The shrimp just okay, nothing special. The taste of the fried eggplant is hard to describe, its very spicy and i can barely taste anything? i dont recommend ordering the eggplant. The service is just okay but it could be better, while i was eating, there's one waitress placing food on our table and she accidentally nudged my hand and didn't even say sorry? meh. Overall just okay (won't come here again)
View on GoogleSo many seafood dishes, so little time to try them all. Will have to return to sample their variety of preparations. We enjoyed - ikan tim Nyonya (pick a fish to have it cooked with an aromatic & light curry) - udang rebus (live prawns that are freshly-steamed) - kerang kepah saus Padang (clam prepared with a light sauce) - cumi tepung goreng (like fried calamari) - interesting stir-fried vege like pucuk labu cah terasi For drinks, we had fresh young coconuts. I assumed kedondong juice will be freshly squeezed but it came in a bottle. Locals enjoy a sweet root beer-like drink from the Badak brand; sarsaperilla flavour just like Sarsi, but with less fizz
View on GoogleVery tasty seafood and one of the beat in town. Always crowded so prior reservation is required. The seafood is fresh, we can choose from the fish tank and paid by weight. The price is reasonable for the quality of the food we get. They have 2 floors of aircon seatings.
