I'm always a regular for cakes here. 4th consecutive year always buying cakes at Global Bakery, and if there's an event I buy here too. But just last Wednesday stopping by this Pasar Grogol Branch when I entered the lady just sat there while playing on her phone, which in my opinion usually they will immediately greet the customer and help inform when looking at the cakes. When I looked at the cakes, I said "Is there a customer being ignored here?" Then a staff member came from the kitchen and the lady at the front was still sitting and continuing to play on her phone. Even until I went home she stayed like that. Just a suggestion, if you work you must be professional no matter how you feel that day don't ignore customers! Especially since customers also need information from the products you sell because usually there are new products.

ordered cake -2 days in advance, thought I'd get a freshly made one, instead it's just the same cake that was on display 2 days ago, what's the point of ordering if you just get the display one too, ridiculous

The bread has many variants and is delicious. There is ice cream too
