Inhumane treatment towards online drivers who pick up orders at their place... Let alone providing a chair to wait, they don't even open the gate... Drivers are told to wait outside in the scorching heat... terrible...

honestly, the taste is really good. the design is also great as I ordered. neat and safe packaging when delivered. buuuut the service is very slow, the admin takes forever to reply to chats, ordered at 12 and it was only delivered at 5. I asked for the invoice for days and it hasn't been sent, when chatted they just said wait and wait. this is the most annoying part because I need proof of transaction, if there's no invoice then some kind of receipt. if there's a shortage of staff, wouldn't it be better to stop same-day orders instead of this mess? just make it a PO or add more staff so the service can be faster. because it's such a shame sis, the taste is good but got disappointed by the super slow response.

I am a shopee food driver, waiting for the order to be ready takes a very long time, if possible just turn off the food feature and play in spx instead
