The service is really terrible, no ethics or manners, let alone smiling at the customer, they're just grumpy, what kind of service is this, boss? Is there no SOP? Even worse, I once shopped there and there was no change, my groceries were put back. My money was returned. Selling like that, even though the server was alone, I swear it's terrible

First time trying to buy here, I thought even though the price is cheap the service would be okay, but apparently not.. thanks to the ladies for giving me a first impression of shopping here that is a bit disappointing hehe, but in my opinion, friendly service is not a bad thing or something that will harm this business :)

I thought I was the only one who had experienced bad service shopping at this store. Turns out many others have experienced it too. About the servers not being friendly, that's very true, they don't prepare change and don't want to make an effort to find change, the bread price listed is 2500 buy 2 get 1 free but in reality the price is 3500 and there's no freebie no matter how much you buy. And they never say thank you when someone finishes shopping,, and if I say thank you, it's not answered

1 the service is not friendly and indifferent 2 every time there is a bonus it's not given even though it's written, the writing is covered and if asked it's not there, even though it's quite good if sold again 3 buying a lot to sell again is never given THR, have been buying there for years 4 once bought bread that was already stale in 2 days, maybe given old bread it seems 5 there must be improvements so it sells better
