I visited on a Saturday and chose the Monster fishing package, preparing 8 fishing rods. From morning until evening, only 1 rod managed to catch a monster fish, and even then, it only happened twice. Perhaps it was just not our lucky day, but overall, the fishing experience felt less than satisfying. In terms of service, I feel the caddy could have been more responsive and proactive in assisting guests. There was also an incident where my PE line got tangled, and it was cut without asking for my confirmation first. In the future, it would be better if actions like this were communicated to the customer beforehand. I also took the patin and bawal pay-per-kilo fishing package. The pond was relatively quiet, there did not seem to be many fish, the pond itself was rather small, and the fish were also quite small. I asked whether fish-cleaning service was available, but I was told it was not because there was no water, even though I was willing to pay for it. I think having this kind of service would be very helpful for visitors. As for the food menu, there were quite a lot of snack and family-friendly options. However, I was hoping that a fishing venue would offer more freshwater fish dishes, such as patin or bawal, without having to depend on what we caught ourselves. Overall, the place is still quite comfortable for relaxing and having snacks with family. However, for the fishing experience itself, I feel there is still room for improvement, especially in terms of service, fish availability, supporting facilities, and communication with customers. I hope this feedback can be taken as constructive input to help improve the service and overall visitor experience in the future.

I went to Lubana Sengkol outbond with my colleages. We had fun with the game. The place is so serene and natural. Many fishermen came in the noon.

We came on a Friday and it was quiet. The place is spacious and clean, only the toilet and prayer room need to be improved more. Waiters also serve quickly and deftly. We ordered gurame saus mangga and udang bakar, all were delicious! Unfortunately we didn't have time to do fishing because it was already late in the afternoon so we only feed the fish (2k/fish food pack). Overall it's nice to be able to visit here 😊

A nice place to visit with family. Complete facility: restaurant, fish pond, children playground, swimming pool, outbond arena which are clean and comfy. The restaurant has wide range of food selection (Indonesian cusines and snacks) with reasonable prices. Ticket price is 5K included free welcome drink (green tea, lemon tea, orange juice, blackcurrant tea). Highly visited during weekends.

It's a place with fun in my opinion, there's a lot to explore in this huge and wonderful area.. there's a restaurant there as well as a playground which has games in it which makes this place very interesting. The maintence of this place is pretty okay but i may suggest a couple things which had to be replaced but overall nice place, friendly staff and a lot of fish to see. It's a recommended for fishing too but you have to bought it once you've captured a fish.
