I feel disappointed with the service from your baristas at Tuku BSD. I happen to live here and I often buy from Tuku both online and offline, and yesterday wasn't the first or second time I went there, but this is the first time I've been disappointed by 2 of your female baristas who were very unfriendly and curt. I came at 2 PM and was served by a male barista at first, and everything went smoothly. The barista was friendly. When I made a second purchase around 5 PM, I was served by a female barista wearing glasses and a hijab. From the beginning, your barista was not friendly, and even after I finished payment she was still unfriendly. Then I asked for help to charge my friend's phone around 6 PM, and when I wanted to pick it up at 8:25 PM, the female barista on duty at that time asked "what phone?" very curtly. Because I didn't hear her at first, when I answered and said thank you, the barista just stayed silent and immediately walked away. I work in an operations team and I know what kind of SOP should still be followed no matter how crowded the store is, because customer experience is the main thing for us floor staff. But if your baristas cannot carry that out, please reprimand them immediately, and your HO should urgently re-evaluate the SOP you have. I am giving this feedback because I am very disappointed with the service at Tuku BSD. Every time I go to Tuku BP Bintaro, Tuku Sektor 1, or Tuku Senayan and Blok M, which are also very crowded, the baristas at those stores still remain friendly. I hope the Tuku BSD team can improve the quality of your baristas again. Don't let the discomfort your baristas give to customers reduce your revenue. I also want to appreciate your security guard who was full of energy and had a pleasant smile. Thank you, sir security, you are doing a great job! And your baristas should be retrained to behave like the security guard who was on duty yesterday.

Great place to refresh before traveling. Many side seating inside and outside. Table seat limited. Great coffee.
