Beef satay was really good, especially served over the burning charcoal which gave it a nice smoky flavour and kept it hot. The grilled chicken was a bit dry, but that's understandable since it's grilled. Maybe using a smaller chicken will make it more tender. The skin was nicely seasoned and the 4 condiments went very well with the chicken. The restaurant was very clean too. I even saw a staff wiping dust off the decorations.

Let's talk about the interior, really good and cozy. It feels natural. Lots of seating area and views for both couples and families. Foos taste well seasoned, delicious and definitely will come back with families to order another menu. Vegetarian menu is also available here. All staff are friendly.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at this establishment. The venue is spacious and beautifully designed, with décor that truly stands out. It’s an ideal spot for gathering with friends or family, and would also serve well for office meetings or dinner events, given the extensive variety of food options available. The restrooms were exceptionally clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find hand lotion provided—a thoughtful touch rarely seen in restaurants in Indonesia, perhaps even unique to this one. The food was very good overall—not necessarily the best I’ve ever had, but certainly above average with no major complaints. However, one major downside was the presence of mosquitoes. As there is a pond located at the center of the establishment, and our table was situated nearby, I was bitten multiple times within just 20 minutes of arriving. It significantly affected the comfort of the experience. If you plan to visit, especially in the evening, I highly recommend wearing long pants or taking appropriate precautions.

The first thing you walked in the interior will take your breath away. It was so beautiful and so homey. Like its name 'kayukayu' it is full of woods. The interior is nicely decorated well done. This restaurant is suitable for any kind of occasions and fits a lot of people. It is specialized in indonesian foods. The bathroom is clean and smells good they provide a lotion which is a nice touch. They also gave us free complementary water. I tried their Siomay and Matcha Latte. Their siomay is good but the Matcha latte is meh for that price, considering they're a rather fancy restaurant. I know they're not specialize in matcha but I believe there's a room to improve. Looking forward to go back here again!

Gotta love the atmosphere. It's giving Jumanji meets cabin in the woods 🫒 Love the chicken in the "cutting board" aesthetic too (Wow, that's dark 🤣🤣) Speaking of the lightning, it's immaculate.
