I use the new order system by QR, but the order in my phone and what was printed was slightly different. Thankfully the supervisor was there (Mr. Rio if I'm not mistaken) and he was super helpful throughout the process. I decided to order some takeouts too and the cashier (Ms. Nurmalasari) is also very friendly. The waiters helped us deliver the food to the table as we ordered quite a lot. All orders came out really fast too except for the ramen, which took around 30 - 45 minutes and they gave us lots of sambal when we ask for extra hahha. Overall an excellent service but I recommend to just order directly instead of using the new QR.

Grab food order : GF-678 Date : 17 December 2024 Super disgusting and disappointing as there is a small cockroach in the beef teriyaki meal and it was found when the food almost finished. Please HOKA-HOKA BENTO BINTARO PLAZA do inspection on your food hygiene immediately!!

Hoka hoka bento is always be my fovourite since years. I always crave for Hokben Special Package with chicken yakiniku and plain soup on the side. Not to forget to having chocolate pudding for dessert. Love the dessert! Not too sweet as usual pudding. Price is affordable. I would rather to dine in than take away. Queue here is seamlessly faster than other fast food restaurant. And staff is kind and helpful. Perhaps someday Hokben has also international branches, not in Indonesia only!

Not too crowded, as usual good food

The taste of the food is consistant since years ago.
