Pros: variety of satay, and wide array of Indonesian cuisine; which include "heavy meal" such as gudeg, or oxtail soup, or "light meal" such as tahu-tek (fried egg-tofu with peanut paste) or lontong (rice cake) cap go meh, etc, all with good-as-expected taste. Cons: a tad bit on the pricey side for what you get, limited parking. Maybe a flux, but our satay was served cold at first, but the staff took care of it, after the fact. Nevertheless, its unexpected from such a reputable establishment.
View on GoogleRestaurant- restaurant with indoor and outdoor sitting. One can get local indonesian food. Their jus kopyor durian is worth trying. In food gurame jimbaran is super delicious Vegetarian options - good menu for vegetarian food too Team - prompt in service
View on GoogleBe careful when order to take away. The amount of satay in the package is not as we order. And this we realized after arrived at home. You have to open the pack and check before paying the cashier. This is the worst experience we ever have in this branch. The food and place is good, just the services is now questionable.
View on GoogleI think this is an Indonesia traditional food but with foreign taste. Why? The Satay peanut sauce is too soft, the Tongseng is faaaar from original Tongseng. If you lookin' for original taste of Indonesian food, I don't recommend this place. 3 stars is enough due a cozy place and friendly hospitality.
View on GoogleSate khas senayan is a safe bet if you want to enjoy local indonesian satay and other traditional fares, as long as you are willing to pay for the price, which tends to go up every several months This outlet features inside and open air seatings, although not much you can enjoy outside with the tall building next to it. When i visit, the server forgot to give me spoon and fork...
