I visited Djournal Coffee at Bintaro Xchange and found the experience to be quite average. The place was fairly crowded, and the prices were not exactly cheap. Unfortunately, the seating area could have been better maintained. Some chairs looked a bit dirty and stained, and leftover trash from previous customers was not cleared quickly enough. I ordered an Americano, but the taste was too bitter for my preference. Overall, it is still a convenient place to stop by while at BxC, but the cleanliness and coffee quality could definitely be improved.

The coffee tasted so good. Also a great place to work. I ordered Red Orange Cold Brew and Sea Salt Latte. Both are so gewddd.

It's a shame the cashier's service wasn't proactive and seemed rushed. She didn't confirm my order details at all: she didn't ask what size I wanted (S/M/L), and she didn't inquire about the sugar level or ice level. As a result, my drink didn't taste right because I didn't have time to adjust it.

Djournal is coffee brand of ISMAYA group, so stable quality of coffee is expected for all branches. When I want strong espresso flavor latte, easy to find around. Feeling better flavor, I prefer latte with mug 👍
