Never a bad experience on this specific branch, the taste is consistent and I hope to stay that way since Tuku is the best coffee you can get for that price. I like my coffee creamy thats why Tuku can always satisfy my cravings! Tho I cut down sugar and now always order one with no sugar, the taste is just as great! Please never change!
